So, what is TeamWellnessTO?
TeamWellnessTO is your one stop shop for all information about the entrepreneurs that work to build a healthier Toronto. We are here to form the largest team of healthy, happy, and thriving individuals in Toronto.
Our mission is to provide guidance to any person wishing to enter the health and wellness industry, while also encouraging listeners to live their healthiest, most fulfilling lives.
Why did we start TWTO?
We both felt that we had met so many people at events, in class or on instagram who were doing amazing things in the wellness industry. What we didn’t know was their story, and how they got there. We wanted to understand how they got to where they are now, so that others interested in a similar career path could be inspired and educated.
The TeamWellnessTO Podcast allows you to find all of Toronto’s top wellness entrepreneurs in one place. Wellness encompasses so many things and we found that Toronto has a lot of niches; for example, the fitness community, dance community, mental health services community, etc. But as we all know, wellbeing is a holistic practice and we want to make all aspects of wellness easily accessible to you.
All of the TWTO podcast guests are entrepreneurs in the wellness industry. We focus on capturing both the struggles and successes of what it takes to be an entrepreneur in today's health and wellness industry. You’ll also learn some incredible wellness tips from the best of the best!

I am a born and raised Torontonian, currently navigating the life of a 20 something. I pride myself on being an ambitious and driven individual, who takes on exciting opportunities.
I am the Director of Client Services, for a Corporate Wellness Company, Well Street Health. I plan seminars, and wellness programs so employees can remain productive, happy and healthy at work.
I am also Bumble Canada’s Toronto Market Lead. In this role, I bring fun events to Toronto each month, as well as manage a team of City Reps, who bring awareness about the app to the city.
I have always had a passion for movement. I believe that movement is medicine. I have been a dancer all of my life, and currently dance on the Toronto Argonauts A-Team. I am a certified Barre fitness instructor, teaching classes around the city. My classes include upbeat dance moves, along with pilates strengthening exercises and yoga moves for flexibility. I hope to continue to share my passion for movement with others.
In terms of wellness practices, I always love trying new fitness classes in the city, I aim to eat a healthy and balanced diet, as well as incorporate a meditation and gratitude practice into my daily life.
My biggest passions are of course wellness, as well as women empowerment, and mental health. My favourite place to be is on the water, and my goal is to travel to as many countries as possible.
I am so excited to build this TWTO community with you!
My life is a little hectic but I love it.
I have been working in the wellness industry for three years. After graduating from Western University, studying and completing my thesis in Health Psychology, I went on to work with a Psychologist at her private practice. Now, I am currently the Project Manager at a lifestyle/wellness brand company called Ikkuma. We have an incredible anti-anxiety beverage line. Need to relax? Hit me up! I also work with Bumble Canada part-time, helping with events and spreading the buzz!
Physical activity has always been a large part of my life. I am a dancer and have recently danced with a couple of companies here in Toronto. I love attending any kind of group workout classes, and the gym has always been a big part of my life as well. Swimming has also been a big part of my physical activity, as I am a certified swimming instructor and still do the occasional laps in my pool (when summer decides to visit Toronto).
My day-to-day wellness routine includes eating organic and balanced meals, walking everywhere, using natural products, and getting in a workout. I love my Saje Wellness diffuser and essential oils. I also try to stretch as much as possible (the patience needed is KEY). Mental breaks are extremely important and I make sure to take a break from work when things are getting too overwhelming.
I love hanging with my friends and family, attending events, drinking LOTS of tea, and snuggling my pups.
